These terms apply to subscriptions to WSEO. By creating an account you accept them.

A tool that fetches and analyses data about your website: from Google Search Console, Google Analytics, Google's search results, ChatGPT and our own review of your pages. What is included depends on the plan.

The tool is a basis for decisions, not a guarantee. We cannot promise particular rankings in Google or a particular amount of traffic. That is decided by Google, not by us. Figures from third parties are shown as they are delivered, and estimates are labelled as estimates.

All prices are in Danish kroner (DKK) and include VAT.

Paying annually gives you two months free. The exact limits for each plan (websites, keywords, competitors, analyses, AI actions, ChatGPT measurements and blog posts) are listed on the pricing page and under My account, where you can also see your usage.

We may change prices and limits. Changes are announced by email at least 30 days before they take effect for you, and they only apply from the next billing period. If you disagree, you can cancel before then.

The trial runs for 14 days and starts on the day you connect Google Search Console, not when you create the account. Without Search Console there is almost nothing to see, and a trial that runs while the screens are empty is wasted for both parties.

The trial includes 1 website and 5 keywords. Blog posts are not part of the trial. It costs nothing, does not require card details, and does not automatically turn into a subscription. When it ends, you can still log in and see the figures you managed to get. The only difference is that no new ones are fetched.

Payment is made by payment card through Stripe. We do not store your card details. They are held by Stripe, and we only see the last four digits and the card type.

The subscription renews automatically at the end of each period until you cancel. A receipt is sent by email. If a payment fails, we try again for a few days; if that does not succeed, the account is suspended. Your data is not deleted for that reason.

You can cancel at any time under My account. The cancellation takes effect at the end of the period you have paid for. You therefore keep your access until the period ends, and no further payments are taken.

We do not refund a period that has already begun, but we do not cut you off in the middle of it either.

As a consumer you have a 14-day right of withdrawal when buying online. Because the tool is a digital service that you get access to immediately, the right of withdrawal only applies until you start using the service. By confirming the purchase you accept that delivery begins immediately and that the right of withdrawal thereby lapses.

Hence the trial period. It exists so that you can see what you are buying before you pay anything. If you still want to withdraw, write to rune@z15.dk. We would rather listen than point to a clause.

What we fetch, why, and how you revoke access is set out in the privacy policy. In short: your figures are yours, we do not sell them, and you can remove our access to your Google account at any time.

Data is cleared out continuously, because keeping everything forever benefits no one: full search result lists are kept for 90 days, daily details for 100 days, and Analytics figures for 400 days. Key figures and history are kept for as long as the account exists. If you delete your account, everything that belongs to it is removed.

If nobody has been logged in for 10 days, we pause the measurements that cost money: rankings, cost per click and backlinks. Search Console, Analytics and the review of the website keep running.

It is not a penalty, and you are notified by email beforehand. If you log in, everything starts again immediately. There will be a gap in the paid figures for that period, and we cannot fetch it retroactively.

We do not guarantee any uptime. The tool fetches data from third parties (Google, DataForSEO and others), and if one of them is down, those figures are missing until it is up again. We do not compensate for interruptions of that kind, but we do not hide them either: a measurement that did not succeed is shown as failed rather than as a zero.

We are liable under the general rules of Danish law, but not for indirect losses such as lost revenue, data lost at a third party or the consequences of decisions made on the basis of the tool's recommendations. Our total liability cannot exceed what you have paid in the last 12 months.

The agreement is governed by Danish law.
